Technology

  • Cutting out

    From carefully selected logs with diameters from 800 to 1500 mm only 3-5 plates with thickness 80-90 mm are sawn.

  • Combined drying

    We use during the drying both, the experience of generations as well as modern methods of vacuum drying in a mixed cycle with material release for reducing the tension in the wood and preventing cracks.

  • Filling the cracks

    Ancient hardwood inevitably obtains cracks with its age, that need to be filled with stained oak or tin or whatever you imagine.

  • Hand made polish

    Accurate hand polish with only formaldehyde-free oils - the only possible way to achieve perfection.
